How To Begin A Personal Relationship With Jesus Christ
HERE IS WHAT THE CROSS SAYS!
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Philippians 2:8 - And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
Romans 5:8 - But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Colossians 2:14 - Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
1 Corinthians 1:18 - For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
Galatians 2:20 - I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Four things you must know:
1 You need to be saved: Romans 6:23- For the wages of sin is death.
2 You cannot save yourself: Romans 3:20- By the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight.
3 Jesus Christ died in your place: Romans 5:8- While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
4 To be saved--trust Christ! Romans 10:9- If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Sinners prayer:
Lord I am a sinner, and I cannot save myself. I believe that you died for me and rose again on the third day. I repent of my sins and ask you humbly, to save me right now. I want you to live in my heart, and be the Lord of my life. Thank you Lord for saving me. In Jesus name, amen.
